Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Performing administrative functions for an assigned operational unit/staff
Acting as a point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals and external constituents
Composing and editing internal/external correspondence and documents
Maintaining organizational databases
Preparing, processing, composing and maintaining reports
Coordinating appointment, meetings and conference rooms
Typing, filing, ordering supplies, and answering phones
Handling other routine administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Education: To qualify, you must have a HS Diploma/GED
Experience: 1 year of administrative/office support experience.
Skills and abilities: The ability to establish, maintain and revise files, including determining appropriate organizational and recordkeeping methods. Excellent customer service, oral/written communication, organizational, proofreading, editing, multitasking and problem-solving abilities are a must, as is a keen attention to detail and PC proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
