Senior CRM IT Director
8-10 years of experience managing, executing and delivering CRM solutions and applications with a focus on business functionality and business process.

Experience soliciting, developing and overseeing the documentation of business requirements for global CRM systems.

partner with the Global Marketing CRM organization to identify opportunities, requirements and new technology solutions to support the growth of CRM initiatives and programs.
lead major CRM technology initiatives including the development of a new Customer Analytics Datamart and reporting platform and the expansion and growth of an Email and Campaign Management program.
managing projects, internal and external resources, budgets and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
will develop strong working relationships with key business stakeholders and will work to understand business strategy and align project work with business goals and objectives.
recommend and implement Global solutions that meet business requirements and are in line with IT Strategy and direction.
oversee internal and external project teams and will ensure all aspects of the Software Development lifecycle are followed during project execution.
oversee and manage the maintenance of existing CRM applications and will align business priorities with resource availability to ensure the timely roll-out of features and functions that provide the most benefit to Global Marketing and Retail stakeholders. T

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or Marketing Management.
8-10 years of experience managing, executing and delivering CRM solutions and applications with a focus on business functionality and business process.
8-10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects and overseeing internal and external project resources.
Experience with Customer Analytics database platforms and reporting tools.

develop an in-depth functional knowledge of all CRM related activities including the implementation of a Campaign Management tool and the implementation of a CRM Roadmap.
managing projects budgets, resources and schedules while aligning business priorities with IT development resources.
manage the process of gathering and documenting functional requirements, as well as conceptualizing and identifying solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.
manage the process of communicating functional requirements to development teams and oversee the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project status.
ensure that systems and services support the daily business operations, as well as foster and facilitate the collaboration of cross-functional teams and activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
5-7 years of progressive experience in Information Technology
3-5 years of experience in managing complex systems or processes
2-3 years of experience overseeing formal planning, tracking and reporting on project performance
Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
Experience working with Marketing or CRM related industry

Senior CRM Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
will support CRM systems and applications.
gather and document business requirements to support development and enhancements of CRM systems and applications.
developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development.
support the Quality Assurance team by performing knowledge transfer of new features and functions.
document current and to-be process flows to understand and examine business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes and other system specifications in detail.
conduct requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts while providing guidance in formulating new requirements and improving business processes by coming up with creative and alternative approaches to solving business problems.
manage scope and user expectations by ensuring requirements can be met within existing project budgets and timeframes and assist Project Managers in the management of project deadlines and schedules.
identifying and understanding business strategy, issues and opportunities to assist business partners in identifying and prioritizing new initiatives and capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Global Retail experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
