Job Summary: In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing one or more programs/products within the organization.
Duties:
o Project tracking, creation of project requirements and change requests as needed.
o Working with other development and non-development teams to estimate and schedule work items.
o Working with departments outside of Development to ensure all aspects of a project are owned and are progressing including infrastructure, training, documentation and implementation.
o Scheduling regular meetings at various levels to ensure communication.
o Reporting to management project status, metrics risks and issues.
o Recommending process improvements and helping to implement the same.
o Assisting customer-facing departments with understanding dates and deliverable including ensuring signoffs when needed.
o Appropriate escalation as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
o 5 to 7 years minimum managing large projects and multiple simultaneous projects to successful completion.
o Ability to work with and manage individuals with a variety of skills.
o Healthcare knowledge preferred.
o PMP or other Project Management training preferred.
