Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Outside Account Managers
Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the entire sales process
Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to clients, Outside Account Managers, and Sales Management
Perform proactive customer service support ensuring client satisfaction and provide order status/updates as requested
Provide effective resolution to all client sales and/or Outside Account Manager requests
Provide process mitigation, flow updates to Outside Account Manager as well as client where necessary
Assist with marketing
events
and support activities to drive client attendance
Central liaison between all departments within EGI as it relates to the sales process
Work with our company's Partners and manufacturing Outside Account Managers and Inside Support teams as necessary
Perform outbound sales calls to decision makers within existing account base
Provide solution proposals and price quotes to clients
Assist Account Managers with deal registrations, special price negotiations
Participate at onsite client engagements with Outside Territory Sales Representatives

Skills and Abilities Required:
Must possess a strong focus on customer service and building customer relationships
Must be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
Must possess effective organization and time management skills; must be able prioritize and manage competing demands
Must be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment
Must possess a strong sense of urgency and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have a positive, can-do approach to change and managing multiple moving targets

Ideal Candidate:
Would be technically-versed with a strong ability to learn new solutions
Would have a strong sales or customer-facing background


Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
0-2 years of sales, technology, and professional
services
preferred. Recent graduates or entry-level candidates who possess passion, enthusiasm and professionalism are highly encouraged to apply

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
