Qualifications:
Board certified and licensed to practice in New York State;At least 5 years of medical experience with 2 years of progressive management or in leadership positions in health careAbility to travel to multiple sites as neededComputer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office productsExperience working with underserved, transient populations and clinical co?morbidities (co?occurring mental health, substance abuse, and physical health problems) preferred.
Cultural and linguistic sensitivity to populations servedBilingual in English and Spanish or Creole preferred Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
