The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the park on a day-to-day basis.
This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining the overall quality of the park experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Adventure Park.
Manage and supervise park staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Coordinate and execute special events, including birthday parties, corporate outings, and group reservations.
Monitor park facilities and equipment to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any maintenance issues as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, payroll, and budgeting.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to adventure or amusement parks is desirable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
