Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer and assist with incoming calls, e-mails and internal/external correspondence Track deliveries and inspect condition of materials received COI requests and revise insurance contracts with subcontractors to ensure that they are up to date Vendor and Subcontractor documents Scan and file documents.
Maintain paperless filing system and records management, as well as paper files for applicable records Scheduling for site visits and inspections Maintain work environment Miscellaneous office tasks as needed Desired Skills:
Organizational skills and ability to follow up on open items Time management Multi-task and prioritize tasks Clear and effective written and oral communication skills Computer savvy, detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of independence Some knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word a plus Some knowledge in Quickbooks online a plus Construction background desired but not required Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
