As a Support Center Specialist at Your Wireless, you will be a vital part of our customer service and sales team, managing overflow inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, live chat messages, SMS texts, and support tickets for Your Wireless locations.
This non-customer-facing role requires a dynamic professional who excels in handling diverse inquiries, ranging from sales and bill questions to order inquiries and minor technical support.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in assisting our retail locations by booking in-store appointments.
Understanding of cell phones and plans regardless of carrier is helpful.
Your Wireless is an Authorized Reseller of Verizon Wireless.
Responsibilities:
1.
Inbound/Outbound Communication:
- Handle overflow inbound/outbound phone calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Respond to emails, live chat messages, SMS texts, and support tickets promptly and professionally.

Diverse Inquiry Management:
- Address a variety of customer inquiries, including sales-related queries, bill questions, order inquiries, and minor technical support.
- Effectively navigate through different communication channels to provide comprehensive assistance.
3.
Retail Location Support:
- Assist Your Wireless (Verizon) retail locations by booking in-store appointments for customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles is not necessary but being tech savvy will help.
- Strong communication skills across various channels, including cell phone, email, live chat, SMS, and support tickets.
- Ability to handle diverse inquiries, from sales-related matters to minor technical support.
