Our office has a friendly, youthful and collegial atmosphere and we are looking for someone who is mature, reliable, motivated and has a strong work ethic to work in a fast-paced and demanding office.
Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are required as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.
The job duties for this position include but are not limited to, client-service and fulfillment via email and telephone, scheduling, preparation of correspondence, special project work, data entry, light bookkeeping and other administrative tasks as needed.
The candidate must be mature, well organized, quick-thinking and adept at solving problems, curious, interested and a team player.
