We are seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to join our team! The Residential Group Home Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the residential program assigned and to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals supported and direct supervision of direct care staff in a residential setting.

Nassau County, NEW YORK In this role, you will:
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Hire, train and coach all direct care employees including Assistant Manager.
Promote CMA's values and strategic vision.
Develop and manage Individual Service Plans and Plans of Protection/Behavior Support Plans.
Ensure oversight of Health & Fire Safety.
Manage crisis situations and behavioral issues as the needs arise.
Manage budgets and ensure sound fiscal management procedures are being followed.
Ensure accurate documentation and service billing is complete and submitted in a timely fashion.
Comply with OPWDD and CMA policies, rules and regulations.
We require:
Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred A clean and valid New York driver's license Two years of experience working in I/DD field One year of prior OPWDD supervisory experience Strong managerial skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of eVero, Therap Services, ADP, and Microsoft Office Applications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
