21 an hour We are seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to join our team! The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the residential program assigned and for ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals supported and direct supervision of direct care staff.

Glen Cove, NY Job Overview Assist in the day-to-day operation of the residence in accordance with regulatory requirements, agency policy, and quality program Ensures the program follows all regulations Provide oversight for individual's personal allowance, bank accounts, and financial records Monitor medication administration to ensure accuracy and standards are being met Ensure health and well-being as well as promote the individual's choice Assist with training, supervision, and evaluation of all direct care staff assigned Advocacy - protecting and upholding individuals' rights Assist manager in creating and maintaining weekly staff schedules Provide oversight of all program documentation Perform duties of a direct support professional as needed Complete incident reports as needed Work closely with family members Physical Demands Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more Daily standing, bending, and lift Must be able to stand for at least eight hours at a time Qualifications Associate's in related field preferred, minimum of 60 college credits Minimum of two years experience in the ID/DD field Valid NY Driver's License Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of OPWDD regulations Capacity of mature judgment and ability to handle emergencies in a professional manner.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
