As a property manager for MY SALON Suite, you will be responsible for the following items:
Manage multiple tenants Administer all tenant leases to assure full compliance with lease provisions Provide excellent customer service to tenants and vendors Conduct routine thorough, on-site property inspections to prevent/identify problems and coordinate solutions Track and ensure that all vendors and tenants have provided compliant certificates of insurance Manage the building staff, third party vendors and maintenance programs Monitor service contractors to ensure service is being delivered as per contract specifications Prepare correspondence and communicate with tenants regarding building activities Participate in the day-to-day financial management of the properties with specific attention to accounts receivable, collection activities, maintenance of accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner - Knowledge of Quickbooks required Assist in the preparation of budgets, accruals, reforecast and reporting budget variances Manage and monitor social media postings This is a part-time position.
