We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to work independently.
Salary to be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Experience and comfort doing collections Prepare monthly financial reports and other financial statements Enter data and make calculations for bank deposits, credit card payments, etc.
Maintain financial records and documents in electronic form Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Perform month end reconciliation of general ledger accounts Provide support to management with special projects or tasks as assigned Skills Proven bookkeeping experience of 5
years Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (MS Office Excel) Ability to calculate figures easily and accurately Excellent organizational skills along with attention to detail Strong analytical ability with the ability to problem solve Ability to multi-task Dedicated & hardworking Job Type:
