00 PMSunday - OFFJob Description & Duties:
o Maintain accurate registration and inspection records for the loaner fleet vehicles at all times.
o Ensure continuous availability of all vehicles for loan purposes.
o Regularly inspect and monitor vehicle conditions, conducting repairs and maintenance according to schedule.
o Ensure that all loaner vehicles are covered by an accurate and up-to-date loaner contract when loaned out.
o Monitor and inspect to ensure all non-contracted vehicles are present and ready for loan.
o Conduct daily reviews of open loaner contracts to ensure agreements do not exceed 25 days.
o Establish and maintain a reporting and record-keeping system for warranty reimbursement from loaner agreements within the warranty department.
o Provide weekly reports on aged loaner agreements to management to minimize customer loan duration and maximize warranty reimbursement per vehicle each month.
o Assist with drop-off/pick-up of loaner vehicles for VIP guests when necessary.
o Implement and maintain a daily process with valets to ensure loaner vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each loan and immediately upon return, ready for the next guest.
o Provide backup and support to the team in completing daily loaner agreements and processing.
o Responsible for managing tickets and toll collections on all loaner vehicles, ensuring all tolls and tickets are collected and followed up on until resolved.
o Maintain accurate fleet records in the TSD system, including monthly review and comparison of the on/off fleet log with TSD listed vehicles.
Accounting for loaner fleet details can be provided by the accounting department.
o Positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
o Previous experience in telephone and internet sales is advantageous.
o Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
o Strong work ethic and effective time management skills.
o Proficiency in active listening and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand and address client concerns.
o Friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
o Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork and self-motivation.
